Description : This strange device looks like a giant Manta Ray with an 8' x 4' wooden compartment set into its back whose sides are 3' on the inside. At the back of the compartment is a large wooden chest with a sturdy, but unlocked lid. At the front of the compartment is a 1' square metal box. The box has a 2" wide slot, a small wheel and two levers.
